“As we walk this plant path and gather medicine from the heart of Nature, it begins to sprout and grow within us into a living inner forest where we ourselves become the medicine.”

Tea Blends
Allergy
Red Raspberry Leaf -Red Clover - Lemon Balm - Calendula - Mullein
Allergy blend is an anti-inflammatory that cleanses and protects the mucous membranes in sinus cavities to help prevent and soothe seasonal allergies.
Living in Oklahoma seasonal allergies are a common reason for sinusitis, respiratory issues, viral illness, etc. When our respiratory system (sinuses, ears, nose, mouth, throat, lungs) hold inflammation the electric current cannot push through. This doesn’t allow our body to function at its optimal level. This blend works together by clearing the phlegm allowing the current to move through the inflammation which in turn, overtime, builds boundaries (immunity) to the pathogens in your environment.
Recommendation- Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tbsp. of tea blend.
Steep for 4-8 minutes.
Enjoy 3 hot or iced cups/day. 5 days on 3 days off.
*Smokable blend- use as needed to clear phlegm throughout respiratory system.
Purification
Red Raspberry - Nettle - Bobinsana - Yarrow
This Purification blend purifies the blood and is exceptional for organs and the nervous system filtering out inflammation. Targeting the liver, kidney and heart this blend will naturally boost your immune system.
This blend came to me while tuning into the circulatory system. The current flow in our body needs a flush out (more than we realize) as inflammation stores in the pathways causing stagnation of the electrical grid. This is the root cause of common symptoms such as high blood pressure, plaque build-up, water retention, arthritis, liver problems, kidney stones, and much more. Once these herbs cleanse they nourish the pathways which immediately boosts the immune system with extra voltage from the free flowing currents reaching to your organs and fascia.
*Will thin the blood for a flush but will then nourish the red blood cells by increasing the thickness of the cells to adjust to the flow within the pathways.
*Not recommended to drink during pregnancy.
*Use with caution if on blood thinners.
Recommendation-Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tbsp of tea blend.
*Shake blend before scooping out your dose.
Steep 4-8 minutes.
Drink 3 hot cups/day. 3 days on - 3 days off

Uplift
Lemon Balm - Damiana - Rose
This gentle, uplifting blend will lift moods, calm the nervous system and clear the mind. This blend is relaxing, producing immediate feelings of euphoric well-being, creativity, and blissful sensations throughout the body and mind.
This blend came to me as I was exploring different flowers to use for a creative sound and art class to offer in my practice. These 3 were always in the mix of exploration but when I sat with the word creativity, it spoke: Simplicity. So the 3 sweet flowers it was- simple, sweet, and strong. We use this blend in each class diving into our imagination of color within our bodies, then taking this blissful colorful state into a free flow art session followed by a sound meditation. We use our creativity that is lifted from the medicine and use for self expression in the form of stillness, art and sound.
Recommendation- Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tbsp. of tea blend.
Steep for 4-8 minutes.

My Plant Path
My journey with plant medicine began in 2021, when I enrolled in the Vitalist Herbal Practitioner Program through The School of Evolutionary Herbalism with Sajah Popham. Already deeply immersed in energy bodywork, I quickly came to understand the energetics of plants — how they speak to us, how they heal us, and how they carry a vital force all their own.
Sajah’s teachings encouraged me to connect with the plants directly — to listen, observe, and develop relationship before ever entering the clinical phase of study. That guidance led me to create a large medicinal garden, which soon became a sanctuary of communion and discovery. Each plant revealed its own presence, its unique spirit, and its specific healing properties.
As my relationships with these green allies deepened, I began incorporating plant energetics into my bodywork sessions — using the vital force of the medicine to assist in clearing blockages, restoring harmony, and realigning the body. The results were immediate and profound. Since then, herbalism has become a sacred and essential part of both my personal and family life — a living practice rooted in trust, reverence, and daily devotion.
What Is Vitalist Herbalism?
Vitalist herbalism is a holistic, energetic approach to plant medicine that focuses on supporting and enhancing the vital force — the inherent life energy that animates all living beings.
This tradition recognizes that healing doesn't come solely from treating symptoms, but from realigning the body, mind, and spirit with nature’s rhythms and intelligence. Plants, like people, carry unique energetics — patterns that speak directly to our constitution, our imbalances, and the deeper root causes of dis-ease.
Energetics: The Language of Living Systems
Energetics is not abstract or esoteric — it's a grounded, ancient way of understanding the relationship between whole plants and whole people. It describes how plants affect different organ systems, tissues, and emotional states. It honors the unique constitution of each individual and seeks to restore balance by matching that constitution with the appropriate plant allies.
Rather than seeing the body as a machine, vitalism views it as an ecosystem — constantly influenced by the foods we eat, the thoughts we think, the environments we live in, the seasons we pass through, and the relationships we hold.
A Living Tradition
Many vitalist systems are rooted in indigenous and folk traditions that continue to honor the spiritual essence of both people and plants. In this way, herbalism becomes more than medicine — it becomes a way of life, a spiritual practice, and a path of remembering.
Vitalism asks us to strike a dynamic balance between the intuitive wisdom of the heart and the analytical nature of the mind. Sadly, modern medicine has largely forgotten this model — favoring reductionist science over holistic knowing. But this ancient wisdom is alive — and it is returning through those of us who remember how to listen.
“This calling of the plants is deeper than a profession or a hobby. The true herbalist is not designated by any certification or degree; our mark is invisible, for it is inscribed into our hearts by the hand of Nature itself.”
